a smiling face. We’ve got bios and pictures galore if you would like to kick around, feel at home.
On the other hand if you know me, or one of my many band incarnations, welcome back! 

 In this present day, I find myself;

-longing for togetherness within humanity, 

-working at promoting peace, 

-trying my best to spread love wherever I am.

At least these are the themes that keep revealing themselves in my songs. In 2023 I had a significant
breakthrough in my mid life songwriting career and wrote over 20 songs many on an upcoming
Tim Sheffield band recording.

YOU ARE MY HEART - A song I wrote for my son Spencer‘s 30th birthday

WHISKEY WAY OF LIFE - Pretty much how it goes, with a bit of ice

YESTERDAY’S GRIND - Try to find a way to let things go

PARIS TO SEE HIM - I finally made it to Paris to pay my respects to the Lizard King, Jim Morrison… sort of

KARMA CALF - There were mixed reviews about this one being weird, so I played it for songwriter extraordinaire, Steve Poltz @songcampitaly and he really thought it was cool dude, not weird.

This new, yet to be named recording, is somewhat of a celebration bringing my various influences and styles together in sonic cohesion that I know I’ll be proud to share with you all. Yes there will be twang, but it will rock. For the first time I’m ready to bare it all as I tie it together in a funky, bluesy, slightly swampy statement of where I am at these days.
